The rules for using Publish on Social Media.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Publish on Social Media, a product of R24k Web-Ateljé ("we", "us"). By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Publish on Social Media is a web application that connects to your WordPress website, generates AI-powered social media content (visuals and captions), and publishes that content to connected social media accounts on your behalf.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@publishonsocialmedia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be created by an authorized representative.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
You retain full ownership of all content you import, upload, and generate through the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your content solely to deliver the features you use -- for example, to generate a visual or to post content to a social platform on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to publish the content you import. We are not responsible for content published by your accounts through our service.
When you connect a social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), you authorize us to publish content to that platform on your behalf. This authorization is subject to each platform's own terms of service. If a platform changes its API policies or revokes access, we cannot guarantee continued posting to that platform.
You are responsible for complying with each platform's content and advertising policies. We do not review content for platform compliance before publishing.
The free WordPress plugin connects your site to the service. The plugin reads your content over the WordPress REST API. It does not write to your database, does not affect your site's performance, and does not collect data from your site visitors. You install and use the plugin at your own risk, subject to the standard WordPress plugin terms.
The trial costs $5 as a one-time payment for 7 days of access with 1 channel. There is no automatic renewal at the end of the trial.
The Pro plan is billed monthly. Payment is processed via Stripe at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a grace period.
Additional platform connector slots are billed monthly alongside your Pro subscription. You can remove a connector at any time; the charge stops at the next billing cycle.
AI generation credits are purchased separately as needed. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is deleted.
Prices are in USD and are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
If you are unhappy with the service within 14 days of subscribing to the Pro plan for the first time, contact us at hello@publishonsocialmedia.com and we will review your case. The $5 trial fee is non-refundable.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (Zernio, FAL.ai, social platforms), or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R24k Web-Ateljé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold R24k Web-Ateljé harmless from any claims, damages or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
The Publish on Social Media brand, interface design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of R24k Web-Ateljé. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts, with Stockholm district court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
